The Carabao Cup fourth-round draw will be held upon the conclusion of the third round, on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. It will commence after the final third round game, between Port Vale and Arsenal, which will kick off at 8 pm BST/ 3 pm ET. 

Immediately after the full-time whistle in that match, the fourth-round draw will be held. If that game doesn’t extend to penalties, the draw time would be around 10pm BST / 5pm ET.
